How to Apply

Admissions Process for Preschool

We request that families interested in admission make an appointment for a tour of the school with the Preschool Director (931-388-4373 / lauren.mcdonald@cabulldogs.org). Preschool tours are generally held in the morning, but can be flexible as needed.

During a preschool tour, you will have the opportunity to see our school environment and meet our staff and students. Following your introduction to our school, we encourage you to begin the online application process – CLICK HERE. The non-refundable application fee is $100 and can be paid securely online to our Business Office via the online application.

Applications for admission will be acted upon promptly based on availability. Waiting lists are available for full classes. Once admitted, you will receive an online contract, which you will be required to return with a $400 enrollment deposit ($200 of which goes toward your tuition payments) to secure your child’s enrollment.

Admissions Process for Junior Kindergarten

The first step in our Jr. K enrollment process is scheduling a tour with our Admissions Office (931-490-4302 / admissions@cabulldogs.org). This tour will be coordinated with the appropriate school location (Columbia or Spring Hill) so that specific location questions can be answered as needed. During the tour, parents will learn more about our programs, philosophy and policies as well as visit the Jr. K classrooms.

After the initial tour, we encourage you to begin the online application process and learn more about our Admissions deadlines for Jr. K – CLICK HERE. The non-refundable application fee is $100 and can be paid securely online to our Business Office via the online application. After the application is processed, you will be contacted to schedule a brief admissions interview and assessment with your child prior to admission.

After the interview and assessment, a decision will be made regarding your child’s admission. If accepted and space is available, you will receive an online contract, which you will be required to return with a $400 enrollment deposit ($200 of which goes toward your tuition payments) to secure your child’s enrollment.

2023 – 2024 Tuition for Preschool (Ages 18 months – 4 years old) is as follows:

Jr. Kindergarten – $8,780 (Full time only) 

Grimes Building (3,4 & 5 – year olds) – Full Potty Trained Only
Two days (T/TH) – $4,190
Three days (M/W/F) – $6,120
Five days (FT) – $8,780

Miss Cathy’s House (2-year olds) – Columbia campus only
Two days (T/TH) – $4,610
Three days (M/W/F) – $6,730
Five days (FT) – $9,660

* Students must be 18 months old by August 15th.

*CA Summer Preschool Program is open to Columbia campus students only from the end of May – end of July. There is a mandatory $100 contract fee plus additional pricing. Inquire for current rates.

Please note – A daily snack is included in tuition. An optional annual LUNCH PLAN is also available that can be added to your tuition payments – see fee schedule below:

Preschool hours are 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. The Columbia Preschool main number is 931-388-4373. The Spring Hill Campus main number is 931-486-1002.

Extended day is offered until 5:30 p.m. at an additional cost of $600 for the academic school year. The Extended Day Care Fee will be added and calculated into the payment plan that you select. There is a $7.00 charge per day for drop-in, if not signed up on the annual extended day fee.
